摘要
数控加工可以连续而高效地加工复杂形面,且精度高,控制方便,相比传统加工方法,在设计加工工艺时也出现了一些新问题。从工序定义、切削用量、热变形等九个方面讨论数控加工相对于传统加工在工艺上产生的变革。
A complex shape-surface can be machined continuously and high efficiently by the numerical control machining, and the precision of the product is high, the control for NC machine is convenient. Comparing with the traditional machine methods, the numerical control machining bring some new problems when design process technology. Discuss the change between the numerical control machining and the traditional machine methods from nine aspects, such as working procedure define, cutting parameter, thermal deformation, etc.
