摘要
在虚拟手术系统中,实时的图形显示和使操作者感觉到真实的操作力是非常重要的。该文介绍了在建立虚拟手术系统中,具有力感觉的声带肿物切除的仿真方法。首先介绍了软组织声带以及声带肿物的几何建模方法,考虑到虚拟手术中对实时性的要求,采用了分块建模的方法;然后通过对软组织生物力学特性的分析,利用弹簧-质量-阻尼模型对其建模。采用的算法减小了计算量,真实地仿真了声带肿物取出时声带的变形以及操作者感觉到的力。
It is very important to realize a real - time graphics display and make the operator feel the interactive force between surgical instrument and tissue in virtual surgery. The paper presents a simulation method of vocal cord tumor cutting with real - time force feedback in the virtual surgery system, We build a geometric model of vocal cord and its tumor by blocking partition because of the requirement of real - time, Through analysis of biomechanics property of soft tissue, we apply the mass - spring - damp model of vocal cord deformation in surgery simulation. Tbe adopted methods reduce the amount of computation,and we obtain actual soft tissue deformation of vocal cord when cutting tumor from it and simultaneously the manipulator can feel the interactive force.
