摘要 动态响应时间是磁流变阻尼器的一个重要指标,它与驱动电路的形式密切相关。相对于电压源驱动,电流源驱动能显著缩短磁流变阻尼器线圈中励磁电流的瞬态响应过程。本文采用PWM开关方式设计了一种用于汽车磁流变阻尼器的电流驱动器,并连接实际磁流变阻上升响应时间约为3.10ms,阶跃下降响应时间约为13.20ms。 Dynamic response time is an important characteristic for determining the performance of MR damper in practical engineering applications. Dynamic response time is closely related to the driving electronics. Comparing with voltage driver, a current driver can dramatically reduce the transient response time of the MR damper electromagnetic coil current. Based on the method of PWM, a current driver was designed for automobile MR damper. Experimental results show that the designed current driver is linearly controllable. Its output current can be varied between 0A and 2.5A continuously. The response times of the current driver under activation and deactivation are about 3.10ms and 13.20ms respectively.
