内场试验多通道静态信号模拟器设计

摘要 设计了一种87通道的多类型静态信号模拟器,信号类型包括模拟噪声、振动参量的大信号和模拟温度参量的热点偶小信号以及模拟应变参量的电阻性信号。设计中采用增加驱动能力、同类信号分奇偶通道并联输出的方式,解决了通道多、电路复杂的问题,满足了实验设备的内场测试要求,本设计可以为其他多信道信号模拟器研制提供参考。 An 87 channel signal simulator with various type static signals was designed. The signal types include large amplitude signals such as simulated noise and vibration signals, small amplitude signals such as simulated temperature and thermal couple signals, as well as resistance signal simulating strain parameter. The difficult issues such as many channels and complicated circuit were resolved by increasing the driving capability and using parallel output for odd and even channels. The proposed design fulfils the requirement for the infield static test and can be used as a reference for other multi-channel signal simulators.
