摘要
采用^60Co-γ射线对原淀粉进行辐射变性制备出变性淀粉,用于改进上浆配方,对其在经纱上浆中的应用进行了探讨。结果表明,辐射变性淀粉用于经纱上浆相对原化学变性淀粉可提高机织效率5%~20%,上浆成本下降10%~20%,可部分替代PVA浆料。
The cornstarch as raw material was eradiated with the ^60Co-γ ray to denature and improve the sizing technology, this thesis mainly focus on the application on the textile sizing of the eradiation denaturalized cornstarch. The result shows that compared to the traditional chemical method, using the method of eradiation denaturalizing cornstarch to sizing on the textile products can improve the weaving efficiency up to 5% to 20% and lower the sizing cost to 10%~20%. It makes it possible to replace or partially replace the PVA serosity.
