针织提花袜品快速辅助分析设计系统研究

Study on fast computer aided analysis and design system of knitted fancy sock

针对目前提花袜品的花型意匠图分析和花型设计存在费时费力的问题,根据提花袜品的特点,提出将数字图像处理技术引入到针织提花袜品的分析和设计中,研究开发了主要包括密度识别、花型转换成意匠图、花型设计以及数据库等模块的针织提花袜品分析设计系统。总体介绍了软件的操作流程及特点,详述了将花型转换成意将图的处理过程。

Connecting with the current problem of wasting time and energy in analyzing fancy patterns and design of fancy socks, the technology of digital image processing was introduced to the analysis and design of knitted fancy socks according to the fancy socks＇ properties. In this paper, an analysis and design system was researched, which includes the functions of density identification, transforming fancy patterns to plans of weave, design and database and so on. The paper presents operating procedure and properties of the software totally, describes the operation of transforming fancy patterns to the plans of weave in detail. According to the effects, the software could do well in expressing the weaving plans of socks＇ patterns, pictures in the magazines or designer＇s, simplify the procedure of analysis and design, shorten design cycle time and improve the working efficiency etc.
