复杂受力大直径焊接空心球节点的有限元分析与足尺试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对某体育馆拱形屋盖的超大直径焊接空心球节点设计的需要,对该球节点进行了有限元非线性分析和足尺模型试验研究。首先采用ANSYS软件的shell143弹塑性壳单元,同时考虑几何和材料双重非线性,通过有限元分析得到了该节点的应力分布规律,且在1.5倍设计荷载作用下,四号锥管根部首先屈服。然后,对该节点进行了足尺模型试验,试验结果表明:在1.4倍设计荷载作用下,四号锥管根部首先进入屈服,试验结果和有限元结果基本一致。基于研究结果,为工程节点设计提供了重要建议。 In accordance with the need for the design of a super-large-diameter welded hollow spherical joint of an arch steel roof in a gymnasium, a nonlinear finite element analysis and a full-scale experiment on the joint were carried out. Firstly, using the elastoplastic shell element shell143 of ANSYS, considering both the geometry and material nonlinearity, the stress distributions on the surface of the spherical joint were obtained with 1.5 times of the designed loads using finite element analysis. It is found that the stress at the bottom of the fourth wimble pipe reached the yield point at first. Subsequently, a full-scale experiment on the spherical joint of the gymnasium's steel roof was carried out. The result of the experiment indicated that under 1.4 times of the designed loads, the stress at the bottom of the fourth wimble pipe reached the yield point at first. The results of the experiment and finite element analysis were basically consistent. The results of the study can provide important suggestion for the design of engineering joints.
