摘要 华电国际邹县发电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界机组在设计及设备选型时,进行了深入的分析和专题探讨,确定选用双列高加布置方案。即每台机组1,2,3号高加按并联配置2台50%容量的加热器,2列高加给水侧均采用2×50%大旁路系统。高加选用表面式、卧式、碳钢材质、U型管束换热器。双列高加比单列高加在运行的经济性和可靠性上更优越,采用双列高加,如某台高加发生事故,可使锅炉进水温度下降少、汽轮机热耗上升少。 A deep analysis and inquisition into a special topic were carried out in design and selection of equipment models for 2'1 000 MW extra superoritical units of Huadian Internation Zouxian Power Plant and finally an arrangement option of double - row HP heaters is decided, i. e. No. 1,2, 3 liP heater for each unit will be equipped with 2 heaters of 50% capacity in parallel. The feed water side of HP heaters in double - row will use 2 × 50% big bypass system. The liP heaters will use the surface - type, horizontal, carbon - steel material and U - shaped tube bundle heat exchangers. Comparing to the single - row lip heaters, the double - row heaters have advantages in economy and reliability for operation. For example, when a heater is in failure, the inlet water temperature of the boiler drops and heat consumption of the turbine is increased little.
