摘要
在研究和分析了国内、外高温单辊碎渣机的技术特点后,以国产碎渣机DGS-830为原型,就碎渣机的齿型分布特点、材料高温下的耐磨特性、使用寿命以及控制策略等进行了分析,并提出了改进设计。使用结果表明:新研制的国产高温碎渣机能满足国内高温碎渣现场工况下的使用要求,保证了整个干式输渣系统的安全、稳定运行,提高了系统的运行可靠性。
Based on study and analysis of technical features of both domestic and foreign HT single - roll slag crushers and taking the domestie crusher DGS -830 as an original model, the paper analyzes the characters of the tooth shape of the crusher, abrasion features of material under the high temperature, service life and control strategies, etc. and puts forward the improved design. The application indicates that the new developed domestic HT crusher can meet the application requirements for the HT slag breaking in the field conditions in Chine, guarantee the safe reliable operation of the whole dry - type ash - slag handling system and increase the reliable operation of the system.
