Progress of clinical laboratory assessment of acute pancreatitis

摘要 急性胰腺炎是临床常见病,由于其临床表现复杂,发病机制至今未完全阐明,导致临床早期诊断极为困难。近年来出现不少实验室诊断标记物,对急性胰腺炎的早期诊断和严重度评估有极大的帮助。 Several biochemical markers in blood and urine have been investigated to establish their clinical application in patients with acute pancreatitis. In this article, the biochemical markers are reviewed and critically appraised.
