摘要 在循环流化床煤燃烧/热解双反应器冷态实验装置上考察了布风板为圆弧形的U型返料阀的返料特性,分别考察了单风、双风调节以及水平孔口开度等对系统循环量的影响.结果表明,单一流化风对循环量的影响较小,而松动风对循环量的调节幅度比较大;水平孔口开度只有在松动风量较大时对循环量的影响比较明显,而且合适的水平孔口开度与输送风量的大小相对应;利用圆弧形布风板和气量调节相结合可以很好地消除阀体内的流化“死区”. A research has been made on the flow characteristics of an improved U-valve in the CFB combined with a coal pyrolysis reactor. Effects of the single gas, double gases and horizontal orifice on the circulating rates have been studied. The research shows that, when fluidized gas is used only, it had little effect on the quantity of returning solids, and that the effect of loosed gas is significant. Horizontal opening has distinct effect on the circulating rate only when the loosed gas is larger; the appropriate horizontal opening is corresponding to the gases quantity. The combining of the arced gas distributor and the gases regulating could eliminate the fluidized dead zone in the U-valve effectively.
