摘要
针对承压的大型薄壁铝铸件的局部渗漏现象,采用浸渗方法消除.论述了浸渗技术及其原理,并结合胶粘理论,分析了薄壁铝铸件产品的缺陷特性及在实际使用状况等条件下,浸渗技术实施的适用性和可靠性.设计了专用浸渗罐,摸索出了合适的浸渗工艺,成功地运用浸渗技术解决了大型薄壁铝铸件的渗漏问题.
This paper proposes to adopt impregnating technology to deal with the partial leakage of highpressured thin-wall aluminium alloy castings. After discussing the principle of impregnating technology and by using stickness theory for analyzing the features of product defects, this paper has proved the adaptability and reliability of the impregnating technology in practical application. By designing a special impregnating tank, this paper has found out the proper impregnating technology for solving leakage problem of large thin-wall aluminium alloy casings.
