Design on the double-closed governing cell of a kind of dynamo is introduced. The governing cell is used in the governing system of a PWM dynamo to accomplish the governing control of dynamo. The structure of the governing cell is dominated by a cascade control composed of velocity loop and current loop. The design of the whole giverning cell is worked out by means of a systematic theory analysis and calculation as well as optimization.
