摘要 以蔗糖溶液为亚相,用KSV Minitrough研究卵磷脂LB膜的π-A曲线,以及各种参数(浓度、温度、pH值)对其π-A曲线的影响。并用原子力显微镜观察不同状态下(气相、液相、固相)卵磷脂LB膜的结构特征。实验结果表明,改变各种参数,卵磷脂LB膜的π-A曲线会发生一定程度的变化,且在不同的膜压下样品的粗糙程度也会发生不同程度的变化。在常温中性条件下,加入一定量(40~95μL)的卵磷脂可以得到最佳的成膜曲线。在亚相中,卵磷脂存在不同程度的堆积,固相时样品的粗糙程度最大,液相次之,气相最小。 This text studies on the π-A curves of the phosphatidylcholine LB films using the cane sugar solution as the subphase by the KSV Minitrough,as well as the impact of the concentration, temperature and pH value on its π-A curves. The structure characteristics of the phosphatidylcholine LB films under different states (gaseous phase, liquid phase, solid phase) are observed with the atom force microscope (AFM). Results show that, changing the parameters, the π-A curves of the phosphatidylcholine LB films will have changes in some degree, and the grades of coarseness are different with samples under different pressure of membrane. Under room temperature and neutral condition, the optimal curve of membrane formation can be got with a fixed quantify of phosphatidylcholine (40~95μL). In subphase, different extents of accumulation of phosphatidylcholine exist, the grades of coarseness are the biggest in solid phase samples, and the liquid phase samples take the second place, then the gaseous phase.
