2型糖尿病和心力衰竭 被引量：3

摘要 糖尿病（DM）是动脉硬化及其并发症的重要危险因素，但人们尚未充分认识到DM是心力衰竭（HF）重要且独立的危险因素。弗明汉心脏研究发现，DM患者HF发生率是非DM患者的2～5倍。DM可进一步恶化HF的预后，明显增加HF患者的死亡率及住院率。两者常同时存在且预后很差。本文重点综述DM患者易于发生HF的机制以及药物治疗在预防2型DM患者发生HF中的作用。
