物流服务供应商选择评价过程中不确定性因素的处理方法

摘要针对物流服务供应商选择过程中存在着大量的不确定性和模糊性因素,本文采用一种模糊数方法尽可能来准确反映这些模糊信息,提高了物流服务供应商评价过程的准确度。
