论差距分析模型在内部服务质量管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 内部服务质量问题越来越成为一个热点问题,本文将质量差距分析模型进行拓展改进,构建一个分析内部服务质量的概念模型,并在该模型的基础之上,指出企业提高内部服务质量的主要着力点。
