A Study of Testing Method for Output Torsional Power and Efficiency from the Gear box of LG 4 Heater with Rolling Fire Bars Group

目前许多机械制造厂，迫切需要对他们新开发产品的机械性能进行科学、准确的评价，但这方面的技术还很欠缺，故我们应广大用户的需要，用常规电测分析方法对ＬＧ４型滚动炉排输出扭矩、功率和效率进行了研究。作者对ＬＧ４型滚动炉排的应变测量是在现场条件下对样机原型进行的实测。

Currently, many of the machinery manufacturers need urgently an accurate and scientific evaluation on the mechanical properties of their newly developed products. However, the technique in this field is rather few and short. Therefore we have used a conventional electrically testing method to carry out a study of the output torsional power and efficiency delivered by LG 4 Heaters rolling bars group to meet the need of the large users. The writers of this paper made a true strain testing and measuring at the working site, on the volling bars in the LG 4 sampled Heater of the prototype.
