摘要
分析了线性稳压电源效率低的根本原因;进而提出了提高效率的基本方法和理论依据,并得出了高效整流及低纹波滤波、极低压差线性稳压和电源调整管的工作区域控制,以及采用上述技术研制出效率约70%的高效5V线性稳压电源。
An analysis is made of the basic causes resulted in the low efficiency of linear regulator in the paper. Followingly, it proposes the primary method and theoretical basis for the efficiency improvement. The high efficiency, 5V linear, regulator with the efficiency of about 70% is developed from the technology refered to as the high efficiency commutation and low ripple, ultralow drop regulation voltage, and the operation area controlled by a pass transistor. Again it presents main data concerned.
