摘要
对以马蹄为原料制作马蹄爽饮料的工艺进行探讨。采用正交试验,选择出最佳配比,研制出具有爽脆感和独特风味的马蹄爽饮料.
The technology has been studied by which water chestnut beverage is made from' water chestnut.The optimum formula was selected by means of the orthogonal tests.The water chestnut drink is of special flavour and crisp sense.
