摘要
工业设计中运用价值工程学的基本观念，主要是指系统化设计观念、功能论设计观念、综合化观念和经济观念，把握这些基本理论和观念去运筹设计，这是关系到设计的全局问题．
The basic concepts of utilizing value engineerring science in industrial design are systematization-design concept,function-view-design concept,synthesis concept and economic concept.HOlding thOSe basic theories and skills in operation-research design,is concerning overall situation of the design.
