45钢射钉的高温淬火强韧化

摘要 对45钢射钉的高温淬火工艺在生产中的应用进行了研究,成功地解决了45钢射钉的韧性不足及裂纹类缺陷,并介绍了合理控制高温淬火前的组织(碳化物的形状)、加热时间、冷却速度,对提高韧性和防止裂纹的有利作用。与亚温淬火相比较,高温淬火射钉不仅性能提高、使用安全,而且简化了工艺。 This paper introduces a process of high temperature quenching for shooting nailks made of steel 45 and its applications, by which the problems are solved that shooting nails made of steel 45 have not enough toughness and have crack defect, and describes the effect of some processing data, such as the microstructure controlling before quenching, heating temperature, cooling speed, on the toughness and the appearance of cracks.Compared with subnormal temperature quenching, the high temperature quenching process gires the nails good properties and reliability for use and simplifies the whole process.AS a result, this process has high economic and social benefit.
