摘要
电力系统非全相运行会诱发铁磁谐振过程电压,导致系统发生事故,本文论述了一种电子控制器,能迅速排除这类故障。
No-three-phase operation of electrical power system may bring about ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage, even accident.Elerefore in this paper a new knid of electronic controller, which can cut-off the accident of no-three-phase operation of electrical power system is presented.
