摘要
本文采用有限元理论对汽车消声器翻边加工过程进行研究,提出冲压载荷随冲头与接触单元数变化来模拟筒体所受外载荷的假设,并据此假设成功地模拟了简体翻边加工过程。
This paper investigates the extrusion process for motor silencer tubes using finite element methods, and successfully simulates the extrusion process with the assuption that the extrusion load varies with the number of elements.
