摘要
目的:探讨企业知识战略类型及我国医药企业知识战略管理的思路。方法:分析企业知识战略需要权衡的4类关系,阐明知识战略定位与医药企业绩效的关系。结果与结论:我国医药企业必须合理规划企业知识战略,处理好新药研发模式以及新药研发范围的问题,在开发者与开拓者的战略定位上不断努力。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the types of knowledge strategy and the management of knowledge strategy in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. METHODS: The 4 kinds of relationships that need to be considered during the management of knowledge strategy were analyzed; and the relation between the orientation of knowledge strategy and the achievements & efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises was elucidated. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises must have a reasonable knowledge strategy planning and deal well with both the mode and the scope of research and development of new drugs; meanwhile, they should strive to achieve their strategic orientation as both explorers and exploiters.
