摘要
目的:观察125I粒子联合5-氟尿嘧啶缓释化疗粒子植入治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:12例无法切除晚期胰腺癌患者于术中先植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释化疗粒子,再植入放射性125I粒子。其中,放射性125I粒子源强为0·4mCi^0·5mCi,肿瘤周边匹配剂量为60Gy^100Gy,平均每例使用125I粒子16粒和5-氟尿嘧啶1000mg。结果:疼痛均得到缓解,止痛有效率为91·7%;瘤体均有不同程度缩小,局部控制率为83·3%;1y生存率为25%。结论:125I粒子联合5-氟尿嘧啶缓释化疗粒子植入治疗晚期胰腺癌方法简单、安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effects of interstitial implantation of ^125Ⅰ particles together with 5 - FU slow- release particles for advanced pancreatic cancer.METHODS: A total of 12 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer whose tumors were unsuitable to be resected were implanted with 5- FU slow - releasing particles and then ^125Ⅰ particles.The intensity of radioactive ^125Ⅰ particles was 0.4mCi-0.5mCi, the matched peripheral dose was 60Gy-100Gy, and an average of 16 ^125Ⅰ particles and 1 000mg 5- FU were used for each patient. RESULTS:Relief of pain was achieved in all the subjects, with the effective rates of odynolysis at 91.7% .The tumor size in all the subjects was diminished to some degree, with local control rate at 83.3%. 1y survival rate was 25% .CONCLUSION: Interstitial implantation of ^125Ⅰ particles and 5- FU slow - release particles for advanced pancreatic cancer is simple, safe and effective.
