摘要
目的：探讨门诊处方审核工作的方法及对开展药学服务的意义。方法：对我院2005年1月～2005年6月门诊处方的审核结果进行汇总、分析，并对突出问题作重点讨论。结果：在所审核的处方中，各类非合理用药的比例除抗感染药物占47．39％外，存在相互作用和重复用药的比例分别为25．78％、12．89％。结论：门诊处方审核可为药剂人员搭建起掌握医师用药状态的平台；医师需要更多药物相互作用方面的信息，为药学服务注入了新的工作内容。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the method for examination and verification of outpatient clinic prescription and to find out its importance to pharmaceutical care. METHODS： The investigated results on the outpatient clinic prescriptions made between Jan.2008 and Jun.2008 in the hospital where the authors work were summarized and analyzed, and the primary problems were discussed in details.RESULTS： Among the cases of irrational drug use, the percentage of antibiotics use was 47.39% ;in addition, the cases of potential interactions and repetition of drug use were 28.78% and 12.89%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS： Examination and verification of clinic prescription provides an opportunity for the pharmacist to understand the drug use by the doctor, and the doctor needs more understanding of drug interactions, which poses new job for pharmaceutical care.
