摘要
用自制的飞行时间质量分析器(TimeofFlightMassSpectrometer),测量了Ar的电子碰撞离子化的飞行时间谱.由此得到的部分电离截面积比对电子碰撞能量的依赖关系与K.Stephan等人的实验结果进行了比较,间接地评价了飞行时间型质量分析器。
The time-of-flight spectrums of electron collision ionization of Ar are measured by the TOFMS made by ourselves.The variation of the partial ionization cross section ratio versus the electron collision energy gained from spectrums is compared with experimental results obtained by K. Stephan, et al and The TOFMS made by ourselves is evaluated indirectly.
