摘要 改革开放以来,中小企业快速发展,成为我国国民经济中一支重要的经济力量。但近年来,我国中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中越来越缺乏竞争力。本文从中小企业对企业文化建设的误区出发,应用企业文化理论和竞争力理论分析企业文化是中小企业核心竞争力并探讨如何通过中小企业文化的构建来提升中小企业的核心竞争力。 After reformation, small and medium-sized enterprises develop fast and become an important factor m national economy. But in recent years, the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is more and more uncompetitive in the fierce market competition. This chapter proceeds from mistaken ideas of constructing enterprise culture of small and medium-sized enterprises,employs enterprise culture theory with competitiveness theory to analyze enterprise culture is the key competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and discusses how to promote the key competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises through the construction of enterprise culture.
