摘要
通过建立湿式多片制动器对偶钢片非稳态温度场计算的物理模型、数学模型,推导了微分方程及差分方程;采用Crank-Nicolson无条件稳定差分格式和Gauss-Seidel迭代方法计算了对偶钢片温度场沿径向和厚度方向的分布规律,并分析了钢片厚度对温升的影响。
The physical and mathematical models for calculating the non-stationary temperature fields of steel disc in wet multidiscs brake are established and the differential equations are derived in this paper. The Crank-Nicolson differential method and Gauss-Seidel iteration method are used to calculate the temperature distribution of steel disc in the radial and axle directions and the effect of thickness of steel disc on temperature is also analyzed,which is the basis of calculating the stress fields and thermal deformation.
