在国际化竞标中英语翻译日趋重要,笔者参加土木工程项目标书组织与翻译多年,标书专业术语的翻译准确与科学至关重要。本文从词法、句法两大层面入手,跨建筑与英语两个学科,结合实例进行分析,并总结标书翻译的注意事项。

English translation is of decisive importance to the bidding for projects in the international market. The quality of the English translation of tender documents plays a vital role in the business of building companies and determines the competitiveness of the companies involved in the market. This paper aims to provide the certain criteria in dealing with the English translating of Chinese tender documents from lexical and syntactical perspectives.
