125mm杆式穿甲弹膛内发射和飞行时振动响应计算

摘要 杆式穿甲弹在膛内发射过程中受膛内火药气体压力及弹带挤进压力和加速度过载的作用.火药气体是高温,高压和瞬态作用,这将引起弹丸在瞬态响应条件下的振动.除了求解125mm尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹在膛内发射时的振动响应,还计算了穿甲弹在飞行时由于尾翼斜置角引起旋转产生的振动响应,这些计算结果对工程应用有一定参考价值. Armour-piercing projectile is subjected to the action of powder gas pressure and acceleration overload during launch in bore. The vibration is produced by the powder gas with high temperature and pressure on the transient response. Not only should we solve the vibrating response of the 125mm fin-stabilited sabot-discarded Armour-piercing projectile, but also calculate the vibrating response due to rotation in flight. These calculation results can be used in the practical engineering.
