肌肉特异性酪氨酸激酶抗体阳性重症肌无力的特点
摘要
近年来,在血清乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AchRAb)阴性重症肌无力患者体内发现了一个特殊抗原———肌肉特异性酪氨酸激酶(MuSK)。MuSKAb阳性重症肌无力患者在流行病学、临床特点、诊断、胸腺病理、治疗效果及预后转归均有自己的特点。
