MAPK信号通路与阿尔茨海默病中tau蛋白磷酸化的关系 被引量:14

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一类神经退行性疾病,tau蛋白过度磷酸化形成的神经原纤维缠结为其主要病理特征之一,是AD发病的重要因素。促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是一类脯氨酸依赖的蛋白激酶,在AD病人体内参与诱导tau蛋白的过度磷酸化。MAPK的三条途径ERK、JNK、p38都参与诱导tau蛋白过度磷酸化,且与Aβ、氧化应激、炎性因子及蛋白磷酸酯酶等因素相关,由此阐述MAPK在AD进程中的重要作用,并提示MAPK可成为AD治疗中的新靶点。
