无功能性垂体腺瘤侵袭性和复发指标的研究新进展 被引量：1

摘要 无功能性垂体腺瘤术后复发率较高,需再次手术或放射治疗。常规术后放疗可致垂体功能低下,增加疾病的病残率和死亡率。检测肿瘤组织中不同的标记物如telomerase(端粒酶),Ki67,MIB1,p53,LOH(杂合子丢失),PCNA(细胞核增殖抗原),可预测肿瘤的复发和侵袭性,从而减少术后放疗的盲目性,指导临床治疗。本文对上述预测指标进行综述。
