蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的最新研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后最严重的问题之一,也是蛛网膜下腔出血病人致残和死亡的重要原因。但由于缺乏明确的病因学,目前对其治疗仍局限于使用3H疗法和钙离子通道阻滞剂。近年来出现的一些新方法如经皮穿刺血管成形术及罂粟碱输注法正逐步得到推广应用。明确了解蛛网膜下腔出血病人发生脑血管痉挛的潜在可能性,同时通过临床上物理或化学方法进行监测,以提早发现和进行系统治疗有助于提高蛛网膜下腔出血的治愈率并降低致残率。
