摘要
通过分析湖南电网“2.10”低频事故,对各发电机组一次调频进行初步调研,分析了目前湖南电网发电机组一次调频投入的现状,从而对各发电机一次调频各主要参数设置进行探讨,并提出相关建议。
Primary frequency regulation of generating units is surveyed after low-frequency accident in February 10 and the existing condition on its operation is analyzed. The setting of main parameters for primary frequency regulation of generating units is discussed and some suggestions are also proposed.
