摘要
对上海新华控制工程有限公司的DEHⅢ-A汽轮机数字式电液控制系统在旺隆热电有限公司机组运行时,由于外线故障引起1号机组甩负荷带厂用电运行的实际控制过程进行分析,该系统对于有可能甩负荷后机组成孤岛运行的控制方案在实际运用中有明显的不足。文中初步探讨了甩负荷后DEH的控制方案,供同类机组参考。
Shanghai Xinhua DEH-Ⅲ A turbine digital electro-hydraulic controlling system has been widely applied in domestic power plants due to its friendly human-computer interface, flexible modularized configuration and mature controlling strategies. However, through analyzing the controlling process of operation with service power after units No. 1 fast cut back (FCB) at Wanglong power plant, the system may not work well for the controlling scheme of units operation in an isolated-island way after the unit FCB. The controlling scheme for DEH- ⅢA system after units FCB was conducted and could he served as a reference for similar units.
