复方栀黄片及栀子中栀子苷的含量测定

Determination of Geniposide in Fufang Zhihuang Tablets and Cape Jasmine Fruit

目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方栀黄片及栀子中栀子苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Zorbax SB C18色谱柱（5μm，4．6mm×250mm），痴动相为乙腈-水（12：88），检测波长为238nm,流速为1．0ml．min^-1。结果栀子苷在0．13～2·08μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999）；平均加样回收率为98．83％，RSD=1．35％（n=3）。结论本方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重现性好。

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of geniposide in Fufang Zhihuang Tablets and Cape Jasmine Fruit. METHODS Zorbax SB C18 column was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water（12 ： 88）. The detection wavelength was at 238nm,the flow rate was 1. 0ml· min^-1. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of genipo, side and absorption area value in the range of 0. 13 - 2. 08μg（ r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 98. 83%, RSD = 1.35% （ n = 3）. CONCLUSION The method was repeatable, sensitive and accurate.
