摘要
目的优选健脾止泻颗粒中苍术挥发油的提取工艺及包合工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以苍术油得率为指标优选提取工艺;以包合物收率及挥发油包合率为指标优选包合工艺,并采用薄层色谱法对包合物进行鉴别。结果优选提取工艺为,苍术粗颗粒,加水10倍量,提取6h;包合物的最佳制备工艺为,β-CD与苍术挥发油投料比为6∶1,加水3.5倍量,研磨时间90min。结论提取工艺与包合工艺可行、效率高,适合工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE The optimal extraction and clathration craft of Rhizoma Atractylodis oil in Jianpizhixie Granulas were investigated in this study. METHODS The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The optimum extraction craft of Rhizoma Atractylodis oil was choosed and the oil extraction rate were used as a index;The optimum including technics was ehoosed by determining the oil-bearing rate and extract ratio of inclusion compound. The inclusion compound were identified with thin chromatogram. RESULTS The extraction technology was Rhizoma Atractylodis was smash to thick granula and extracted 6h with ten volume of water. The optimum preparation conditions for clathrate were established asβ--CD : oil was 6 :1, used 3.5 times of water, triturated for 90 minutes. CONCLUSION The process was feasible and high efficient,and the method ean be used for production.
