摘要
用格氏试剂法制备了三种高效催化剂并进行乙烯聚合的研究.在稀试剂浓度下TiCl4与格氏试剂反应得到的催化剂,进行乙烯聚合活性高,但聚合产物堆比重小,颗粒形态差.而在高浓度下反应得到的催化剂,进行乙烯聚合活性相对较低,聚合产物堆比重较大,颗粒形态好.当格氏试剂先与SiCl4反应产生一定粒度的MgCl2,然后负载TiCl4而得到的催化剂进行乙烯聚合,既具有高催化活性,聚合产物也有高的堆比重和良好的颗粒形态.用扫描电镜对聚合产物形态进行了观察.
Ethylene polymerization with highly active catalysts prepared using Grignard reagent has been systematically studied. With the catalyst from the reaction of TiCl4with Grignard compound in dilute solution, ethylene polymerization exhibited high activities and decay kinetics, and very fine PE particles with irregular shape were produced, whereas with the catalyst prepared in concentrated solution, relatively low activities and steady kinetics were observed and larger PE particles were obtained. When the Grignard reagent reacted first with SiCl4 to produce the MgCl2 granules and then TiCl4was supported, the catalyst gave the highest activity and PE particles with better morphology were obtained.
