摘要
目的研究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)时血栓前状态标志物的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法测定52例CHF患者及38例健康体检者血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、平均血小板体积(MPV)水平。结果不同程度CHF患者的血浆PAI-1、Fg、ET-1水平均较正常对照组明显增高。结论CHF存在血栓前状态,并与CHF的严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate changes of markers of prethrombotic state（PTS） with heart failure and to explore their clinical significances. Methods Plasma levels of t - PA.PAI - 1 ,Fg,PT,APTT.ET - 1 .MPV were measured in 52 patients with heart failure and in 38 normal controls. Results Compared with the healthy control group, patients with heart failure had significant increase of plasma PAl - 1 .Fg and ET - 1 level. Conclusions PTS is present in heart failure, especially in those with more severe Nyha class.
