立体定向三维适形放射治疗脑干肿瘤临床研究

The Clinical Study of the Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy for Brain Stem Tumors

目的回顾性分析18例脑干肿瘤的立体定向适形放射治疗(SCRT)方法结果。方法2000年3月～2005年3月我院采用SCRT技术(TOPSLANE治疗计划系统)治疗脑干肿瘤18例,其中男性11例,女性7例,年龄6～67岁,中位28岁。均采用SCRT治疗,放射治疗剂量45～60Gy/5～7周。随访6～60个月(中位24个月)。结果15/18例在放疗结束时临床症状缓解率83%;1、3和5年生存率分别为57.6%、42.6%和33.3%,并发症发生率为12.87%。结论放射治疗是目前治疗脑干肿瘤的主要手段,放疗可以提高生存期和改善生活质量。

Objective 18 patients of brain stem tumors in results were analyze retrospective by Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy. Methods From March 2000 - March 2005 . 18 patients with brain stem tumors were treated by SCRT. The patients age were 6 - 67 years old, midian age were 28 years. The dose was 45 - 60Gy/5 - 7week. Results The symptoms had been improved in 15/18 cases at the end of the radiotherapy. The 1 - 3 and 5 year survival rates were 57.6% , 42.6% and 30.4%. The complication occurrence rate was 13. 13%. Conclusions The Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy is a main therapy mean to brain stem tumors. That can improved survival rates and life quality of the patients with brain stem tumors.
