再障患者锗元素检测和粒单祖细胞培养的临床意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用原子吸收光谱技术测定再障患者43例头发、血清和骨髓组织的锗元素含量,并与急性白血病20例、缺铁性贫血10例和正常人44例作对照比较,再障、急性白血病和缺铁性贫血组头发、血清锗含量均低于正常人,P<0.05;再障骨髓锗含量同时也低于正常人,P<0.05;原发性再障发诸含量低于继发性再障,P<0.05.再障骨髓GM-CFU的数量则显著低于正常人,P<0.001,但锗元素含量则与GM-CFU的数量无关.说明再障存在锗元素代谢异常,原发性再障和继发性再障发锗含量不同值得进一步探讨. The levels of Ge in the hair,serum and bone marrow of 43 patients with aplastic anemicwere determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,and compared with those of 20 acuteleukemic patients,10 iron-deficiency anemic patients and 44 healthy controls.The contentsof Ge in the hair and serum of aplastic anemic cases,acute leukemic cases and iron-deficiencyanemic cases were less than those of healthy persons,P<0.05;the contents of Ge in the bonemarrow of aplastic anemic cases were less than those of healthy persons,P<0.05;the contents of Ge in the hair of idiopathic aplastic anemic cases were less than those of secondaryaplastic anemia,P<0.05.The numbers of GM-CFU in the bone marrow of aplastic anemiccases were less than those of healthy persons,P<0.001,The contents of Ge with GM-CFUnumbers in aplastic anemic cases were not interrelated. The data have explained Ge elementof aplastic anemic patients occuring abnormal metabolism,the reason of difference of contents of Ge in hair between the idiopathic aplastic anemic cases and secondary aplastic anemiccases shall been continuously researched.
