摘要
以1%TritonX-100溶液稀释红细胞成悬液,用日立180-80型塞曼原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉原子化法测定其中的锰含量,由工作曲线校准.回收率在97.0%~104.0%(n=6),重现性变异系数<5.0%。
The content of element Mn in red blood cell diluted into suspension by 1% Triton X-100solution was determined by Zeeman GFAAS,corrected by a working curve.The results wereobtained satisfactorily.The recovery and the coefficient of variation were 97.0%~104.0%(n=6)and <5.0%,respectively.
