摘要
利用Raman谱与退火关系研究a-C:H与宁强陨石的有序度.非晶碳是宁强陨石的主要组成结构;陨石与非晶碳样品的有序度随退火温度的变化规律类似,只是出现的温度范围不同,并且陨石与Ts=100℃的a-C:H在经过450℃退火后Raman谱形状类似.
The ordering degrees of hydrogenated amorphous carbon (a-C: H) and of Ningqiang meteorite are investigted through their Raman spectra at different annealing temperatures. It is found that the structure of Ningqiang meteorite is amorphous carbon. The variation of the ordering degree of Ningqiang meteorite with different annealing temperature is similar to that of a- C: H at higher annealing temperature. It is expected that the growth temperature of meteorite is low. It is al,o shown that I at Ta=450℃, Raman spectrum of a- C: H at Ts= 100℃ is analogous to that of Ningqiang meteorits.
