摘要
采用β-环糊精(β-CD)结合柠檬酸(CA)对棉织物同浴整理。结果表明,柠檬酸可加强环糊精与纤维素的结合,而环糊精不仅能提高柠檬酸的整理效果,还能改善整理后织物的白度和强力。得到的棉织物优化工艺为:CA 80 g/L,β-CD 80 g/L,次磷酸钠30 g/L,180℃焙烘4 m in,处理后织物的折皱回复角为244.7°,强力439.0 N,白度60。
Combining β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with citric acid in single bath for cotton fabric crease resistant finish is studied. Cit- ric acid can connect with both β-cyclodextrin and cellulose as a crosslinking agent, whereas β-cyclodextrin pays a positive role in citric acid crease-resistant finishing. β-cyclodextrin can not only improve the fabric crease-resistant characteristic, but also enhance the whiteness and strength of fabric finished by citric acid markedly. The optimal process of cotton fabric is citric acid 80 g/L,β-CD 80 g/L,sodium hypophosphite 30 g/L, curing at 180℃ for 4 min. The result shows that the treated fabric has crease recovery angle 244.7°, strength 439.0 N and whiteness 60.
