摘要 采用含银无机磷酸盐和金属氧化物混合体,运用涤锦复合高速纺丝POY-DTY二步法技术,生产出涤锦(80/20)抗菌复合超细纤维的DTY长丝和抗菌经编针织物染色成品;测试了DTY长丝的物理机械性能、抗菌性能和耐气候牢度,以及其经编针织物染色成品的缩水率、变色和抗菌性能。结果表明,该法生产的纤维及其织物各项性能指标均达到实际生产要求,较好地解决了抗菌纤维的变色问题,且抗菌性能优异。 The DTY filament of composite micro-fiber in composition of polyester 80% and polyamide 20% and the dyed warp knitted fabric have been produced with POY-DTY high speed spinning technology in two step by using the mixture of silver phosphate and metal oxide. The physical-mechanical property, anti-bacterial property and color fastness to weathering of DTY filament, as well as water shrinkage, color change and anti-bacterial property of its dyed products were tested. The quality and properties of the fiber can meet the actual production requirements. The anti-bacterial effects of the micro-fiber and its fabric have been proved to be excellent.
