对我国海洋环境监测工作的若干建议

Some Suggestions to the Marine Environmental Monitoring in China

本文在回顾和总结我国海洋环境监测多年成就的基础上，分析了海洋环境质量发展的趋势，指出随着沿海经济及海洋资源开发活动的深入发展，近岸海洋环境将面临前所未有的压力。为此，未来我国海洋环境监测的重点应是近岸水域，尤其是各类入海污染源及其邻近海域，监测工作必须由近海向近岸及重点海域转移。本文讨论了实施监测重点转移的必要性，并提出了若干具体建议。

The major aclievements on the marine environmental monitoring of recent years are reviewed and summaried in China. The going trend of the marine environmental quality is analyzed.Pointing out that the heavy pressure of the off-shore area will be faced with the marine economic develpment and the exploitation of the resources. Therefore,the emphasis of the marine environmental monitoring in coming year should be the coastal waters in China,especially,all kinds of the pollutant sources and near areas. The monitoring program must transfer from offshore to nearshore and the emphasis areas. Some suggestions are discussed in this paper.
