摘要
选BALB/c纯系小白鼠孕鼠于产前5d和3d,皮下接种抗HFRS病毒血凝素McAbs和多克隆免疫鼠血清,待其子鼠产后第3天,腹腔接种100LD_(50)HFRS病毒陈株攻击感染子代乳鼠。结果表明,接种孕鼠体内的该McAbs,可经胎盘进入子鼠体内,能被动地保护新生子代乳氧免于HFRS病毒致死性感染。孕鼠产前5d和3d,皮下接种该McAbs可100%保护新生子代乳鼠,而孕鼠产前4d接种多克隆免疫鼠血清,保护率只有42.9%,但感染对照组新生子代乳鼠则全部死亡。
The mixture of four McAbs and immune mice serum were inoculated intoBALR/c pregnant mice by introcutaneous injection at 3-5 clays before birth.The sucking mice were infected with 100 LD50 HFRS virus strain Chen at 3 days after birth. Th-rcsult showed (hat the McAbs could passively immunize unborn fetal mice by transpla-cental passage from pregnant mice and completely protected the sucking mice from ]00 LD50 HFRS virus strain Chen lethal challenge. In this way the protective rates of the mixture of four McAbs inoculated at 3 and 5 days before birth were 100%, but immune mice serum at 4 days was 42.7%.
